Seriously, where the hell is Peter Gorman? We’ve had three or four days of bus bust bingo lingo from CMS but Gorman has been AWOL. Haven’t seen him quoted in the Uptown paper of record, haven’t seen him on local TV since Wednesday.
Compare this to the gay penguin or Pledge in Spanish dustups where Gorman found a way to be front and center. But this — an issue that goes to CMS’ fundamental competence or lack thereof — zippy. All this on the heels of CMS’ “customer service” push to boot.
Let’s hope this public void is the result of a behind-the-scenes fixing — with firings? — for CMS’ cock-eyed bus system. This is not even a very close call.
Otherwise, unless Pete Gorman has been out getting his commercial driver’s license, he has failed to lead.
