Celebrating America’s founding is a time to reflect on the nation’s rich history. Each year, Americans come together to honor the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, a pivotal moment in history that marked the birth of the United States. With fireworks, parades, and patriotic displays, this celebration serves as a reminder of the courage and vision of the Founding Fathers, as well as the ongoing pursuit of liberty and justice for all.
In July 2026, we will celebrate the 250th anniversary of our country’s founding. Leading up to this celebration, there will be opportunities for parades, patriotic displays, and plenty of fireworks. Celebrating our founding can also come in forms of intellectual might, poetry, and prose, however.
