John Locke Foundation President John Hood spent a recent afternoon discussing state budget issues with Tara Servatius‘ radio audience on WBT, and he shared his thoughts with the Durham Herald-Sun about a recent poll comparing happiness within the Triangle’s largest communities. He also enlightened readers of National Review Online’s primary blog, “The Corner,” with a series of entries on items such as charter school success stories, positive developments at think tanks across the country, continuing reaction to federal bailouts (including the thoughts of former Pope Lecture speaker Richard Epstein), and evidence of major news media silliness. Reason Magazine’s online blog also featured Hood’s name this week, highlighting a 15-year-old article in which he discussed the way public education advocates skew statistics to suit their arguments.
