The once beautiful downtown Hendersonville, after a couple decades of being torn up, now finds its parking system is not working. Improvements recommended by a consultant are minor, fortunately, and would consist in only adding parking kiosks to lots, reassigning leased spaces, and educating the city’s parking codes.
