H.B. 14, Vietnam Veterans and Beirut Memorial Signs, passed

H.B 351, Restore Confidence in Government, a bill which is supposed to reduce voter fraud by requiring either a picture I.D., a voter I.D. card or another method of identification (such as a utilities bill) in order to cast a ballot. A non provisional ballot may be cast in the absence of such identification. The bill was temporarily displaced.

H.B. 344, Tax Credits for Children with Disabilities, is expected to save the state money after the initial costs, according to a bill sponsor who spoke briefly on the bill. The PCS passed with no debate.
