The N.C. House will hold the final debate this morning on its $18.9 billion budget plan.

Representatives gave the plan overwhelming support in the first of two required votes Wednesday. The 92-26 tally included every Democrat who voted (two had excused absences) and more than half of the House Republicans.

GOP House members voted 31-26 to support the budget, despite concerns from some Republican members that the budget boosts spending by roughly 10 percent and relies too heavily on using one-time money to cover ongoing expenses.

Here’s a list of the Republicans who rejected the budget: Blackwood; Blust; Brown; Capps; Cleveland; Current;
Daughtry; Dockham; Dollar; Folwell; Holloway; Holmes; Langdon; Lewis;
McComas; McGee; McMahan; Preston; Rayfield; Rhodes; Setzer; Stam;
Starnes; Vinson; Walend; Wiley.
