Local housing price data came out the other day for November. Here’s how the UPoR hedded it:

By any reasonable measure real estate has some distance to fall. On cue, the UPoR offers up propaganda for the Vue, which still has at least 200 units to sell.
So if you are looking to spend $320K for a 571 square foot closet — that’s $560 per square foot folks — you know where to look.
