Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools is being slapped with a million-dollar lawsuit claiming the school system failed to stop basketball coach Robert Fulton’s sexual advances toward a female student.
Fulton’s version:
“Prior to engaging in sexual acts with Fulton, (the student) arrived uninvited at the Fulton house,” he said in the court document. “During the course of events prior to sexual contact taking place, the plaintiff suggested several times that the defendant come to her house on occasions where the mother would not be home and suggested that the defendant make reservations at a hotel for an overnight trip.”
