Dr. Holly Brewer recently told a Shaftsbury group that colonial and revolutionary history is being left out of the North Carolina high school history curriculum.
In a Triad Business Journal article today, it seems the federal government is sending almost one million dollars to Guildford County to help promote better teaching of history.
Why do they keep throwing (taxpayer) money at problems that could so easily be resolved with a little common sense?
