- Item: The city of Toledo, facing a budget crunch, decides to issue $25 tickets to folks who park their cars on unpaved surfaces. Like their own gravel driveways.
- Item: A survey of graduating college students in Ohio finds that half plan to leave the state. Only 11 percent agreed that Ohio was an “excellent” place to start a career.
Hmmm…could this all be related in some way?
