High Point’s trying to figure out if they want to use $1.9 million in two- thirds bonds to finish the last mile of its greenway system.
City Council members disagree over just how many people use the greenway on a weekly basis. Latimer Alexander says “thousands,” while Bernita Sims says “a hundred.”
