One annoying thing about the healthcare debate is Democrats tell us what it is supposed to do, rather than what it says. They act as if they have never heard of an unintended consequence. That is why their legislation has so many. I would expect legislation that provides healthcare to x-number of Americans to say so, rather than set up government agencies and programs that may be so harrying, people would prefer the tax penalty to the federal insurance policy. So, rather than drawing straws to find out if the cost estimates provided by Democrats are better than those provided by Republicans, the fine folks at the Cato Institute have put the bill online. Any additional bills will probably be available through this page. Happy reading!
