I wrote in Right Angles after the Duke lacrosse team members were exonerated as innocent by NC Attorney General Roy Cooper:

I would not be the least surprised if some of the Gang of 88 and their fellow-travelers don?t try to put the focus back on the lacrosse team ? well, they might not be guilty of rape, but they did shout the ?n-word? and are still therefore examples of ?violent rich white athletic male privilege.?

Everyone’s talking about the “physical retribution” ending, but here is the opening to the NC Central student’s murderous column “Death to all rapists”:

On March 13, 2006, some forty affluent white men solicited the presence of two black women on (former) plantation property for the explicit purposes of racially denigrating, disrespecting, and exploiting them.

?Tell your Granddaddy thanks for making my cotton shirt,? they were reported to have said.

The women were, according to all accounts, called ?nigger? and told to penetrate themselves with broomsticks (see Abner Louima). One of these women said that she was raped by three of these inebriated white men. People in power and those without disbelieved her. This is sickening. …

This student’s reasoning and “logical” conclusion sound very much like articulated by former NC State adjunct professor of Africana Studies Kamau Kambon‘s call for genocide against whites (mp3 excerpts here).
