Why don?t we take it a step further. Why doesn?t the federal government divide parts of the nation into military districts?
So many things are wrong with Ms. Harrop?s column. I?ll name only one: not one word about the U.S. Constitution. Apparently that document is a pragmatist?s nightmare.
