So sayeth CATS honcho Ron Tober in response to Citizens Transit Advisory Group member Larry Bumgarner suggesting that CATS pay more attention to Locke Foundation research.

Yep, Tober has us by the short hairs.

Who has, for years warned that CATS was heading off a cliff with its train building frenzy? That would be the John Locke Foundation. Maybe Ron Tober wouldn’t be the laughing stock of Charlotte if he had paid a little attention to critics of his light rail empire.
