Hmmm, says here Scalping would be legalized and taxed in attempt to aid buyers.
Also something about the current ban on scalping being impossible to enforce. Hmmm. That police have better things to do than worry about some mom who can’t get Hannah Montana tickets. Hmmm. And that Ralph Nader’s bunch has a problem with letting the private ticket market function legally.
