I’m willing to wipe the slate clean for the $41 million Uptown library and see what happens from here on out. But little things keep popping up that make me wonder about the project.
Take Studio i, the animation studio. “ImaginOn has yet to work out rules about use of the facility,” we’re told. Well, that seems to be a pretty important detail to leave out. In fact, the whole oversight/stewardship issue for the entire building sounds kinda sketchy at this point.
I hope it all gets figured out with clear, concise, consistent rules or all the neato ImaginOn stuff won’t be available in a year.
