Seriously, two books I’m reviewing this week are highly recommended: Going for Broke, by Michael D. Tanner and The Cult of the Presidency, by Gene Healy. Methinks their reading would be better preparation for the campaign season than watching TV to see that one must vote for this one because she has female reproductive organs, but not that one because he voted against a terrible rider hidden in the Lovable Furry Kittens Bill, or that one because he can raise a lot of money, or that one because he’s got animal magnetism, or the other one because he’s playing basketball, or all of the above because they promise what they cannot deliver.

Sarcastically: Remember, all we need to do to eliminate the debt is vision as a community and get that positive energy flowing. [Grumble, grumble.]
