WTVD asked the John Locke Foundation to address a Latino advocate’s concerns that Wake County’s Apex High School printed just a single piece of its student handbook in Spanish.
The Spanish passage included under a handbook section devoted to discipline advised Spanish speakers who don’t read English that they could find all of the information they need in the county school system’s handbook, which is published in both English and Spanish.
