The debate is all over the airwaves in the Triangle, generated by several bills before the General Assembly that the sponsors say will curb the effects of illegal immigration. This week, Chad Adams contributed his perspective in an interview with Central Carolina Community College’s cable TV channel. The topic was HB 1183, which would provide in-state tuition to state universities and community colleges, to the children of illegal immigrants who meet certain requirements.
