Durham officials are scratching their heads over what to do about a request from Lenovo—the Chinese company that purchased IBM’s personal computer business— that it be given roughly $14 million in incentives and tax breaks, or face losing the business to another state. The topic heats up Sunday on NBC 17’s “At Issue” when Chad Adams joins the debate.
