Bert Jones, the victorious unaffiliated candidate in the N.C. House District 65 race, has decided to caucus with Republicans, putting the GOP’s majority in the House at 67.
After canvassing and potential recounts are over in handful of races yet to be decided, Republicans likely will expand that majority to 68 seats.
