Several North Carolina newspapers have published columns recently from John Locke Foundation and Carolina Journal authors. The Durham Herald-Sun republished CJ Associate Editor Michael Lowrey‘s column on a proposal to transform the Bull City’s bus service into a fare-free system. (The AllBusiness.com Web site also picked up that piece.) The Jefferson Post, Mooresville Tribune, and Tryon Daily Bulletin published Carolina Journal Radio Co-Host Donna Martinez‘s recent article urging reforms to ensure that more people bear at least some federal tax burden. The Post also picked up Joseph Coletti’s piece on the importance of preserving freedom.
