It involves a real estate closer whom the feds have railroaded into prison for alleged crimes regarding mortgages that turned sour.

What we seem to have is another of those hideous cases where the government’s desire for scapegoats and prosecutors’ desire for fame come together to produce individual injustice and horrible precedents.
