Easley press release:

Raleigh – Gov. Mike Easley has appointed Kimberly A. Austin of Salisbury to the North Carolina State Board of Refrigeration Examiners.

Austin is sales manager for the southeast region for Arneg USA. She is a graduate of Rockdale County High School in Conyers, Ga.

The board licenses refrigeration contractors. The board has seven members, each serving a seven-year term. The governor appoints all members.

Arneg is receiving $1.1 million in incentives from Davidson County and the City of Lexington to manufacture metal for –you guessed it– commercial refrigeration.
