The The Daily Kos‘s Markos Moulitsas is involved in a mini-scandal involving charges that the Kos Kids will support any politician who hires a Moulitsas friend as a consultant. It’s already got a name: Kos-ola.
The transparency-pushing Markos is reacting strangely: He’s threatening lawsuits and telling liberal bloggers to ignore the story and “starve it of oxygen.” Sounds pretty slimy and political to me. I thought the Kosovites were all about idealism and stuff.
And he’s not having much success with TV appearances either.
UPDATE: Kos has fired back at The New Republic (link above) for having the temerity to cover this story. TNR he says, has gone over to the Right.
