The federal government is not the only taxing entity increasing our debt.  NC counties, cities and towns have increased their debt by 3% in the last twelve months. Triangle Business Journal reports, “Divided by the population, the state-level debt works out to $746.31 for every man, woman and child living in North Carolina…”
