Wake County Schools should get an award for the worst bond referendum campaign in history.
Last night, Wake County Superintendent Bill McNeal requested a $28 million increase for the upcoming school budget year. It would require a tax increase.
I do not think that this is the way to gain voter support for a $1 billion bond.
