I’m joining the “Buy Danish” campaign being pushed by bloggers. It’s Havarti and Carlsberg for me on Sunday. For some other ideas:

I actually lived on Danish soil for a year when I was stationed at Thule Air Base in Greenland. Danes ran our mess hall and the food was top-notch. Once a week SAS (the airlines, not the computer company) would fly eggs, cheese and steaks in for us. I gained 20 pounds up there.
