It’s never enough for enviro-socialists. Last year, the General Assembly passed the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Portfolio Standard which, among other things, requires utilities to reduce electricity production by at least 5 percent.
Now, NC WARN (and apparently the N&O) is calling for Duke to cut back production by 19 percent. Read more at EnvironmentNC.
