After Arizona’s governor signed into law a bill that, er, makes illegal immigration illegal, many Hispanics came out in protest at the state’s capitol. Suddenly, according to the media, it was the law that was divisive because a few hundred protesters rallied:

The boneheaded policy that has kept our borders open for 25 years, that has led to an influx of millions of non-citizens, an invasion, if you will, however, is not divisive, according to the media. Even though 70 percent of Arizonans support the law, leading one to conclude that 70 percent also opposed the policy of non-action on border insecurity, that was not the least divisive, according to the media.
