Secretary Napolitano directs and oversees our nation’s counterterrorism, border security, immigration enforcement, and disaster preparedness, response, and recovery efforts. She is the first woman to serve as the Secretary of DHS and was ranked by Forbes magazine as the 15th most powerful woman in the world in 2011. She formerly served as Arizona State Governor and was voted one of the five best governors in the nation in 2005 by Time magazine. She will discuss current affairs in conversation with professors Noah Pickus and David Schanzer. The event will be webcast.
