It’s no secret that Republicans are likely to fare well in the November elections. Will they gain enough seats to win control of either chamber of Congress? Either chamber of the General Assembly? How would President Obama or Gov. Bev Perdue respond to a legislative branch led by the opposing party?

Those are some of the questions Washington Examiner senior political analyst Michael Barone, Democratic consultant Gary Pearce, Republican strategist Marc Rotterman, and JLF President John Hood addressed during a lunchtime panel discussion in Raleigh.
