John Locke Foundation President John Hood shared publicly today his analysis of more than 400 scholarly studies conducted over the past two decades to determine the factors that help or harm economic growth. Limiting his work to articles that appeared in academic journals, Hood found some encouraging news for those who support policies that promote freedom and private-sector initiatives.
