The latest print edition of the Heritage Foundation’s Heritage Insider features John Locke Foundation President John Hood‘s recent report compiling the latest academic research on state-based public policies that promote economic growth. The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review featured a quotation from Hood on the subject of liberals ignoring results of academic research.
The Fayetteville Observer interviewed Hood about state budget negotiations. The Winston-Salem Journal quoted him in an article about targeted tax incentives offered to Cisco. A Durham Herald-Sun article on legislation targeting local government ethics cited Hood. Hood discussed this year’s legislative session in a presentation to the N.C. Medical Group Managers meeting. N.C. Senate Republicans promoted in their daily press email Hood’s column on measuring state spending totals accurately.
