Regulatory Policy
Jon Sanders, Director of Regulatory Policy Studies, explored big utilities, crony capitalism, and the effect on ratepayers. He also wrote about unemployment rates, the purchase of the Washington Post by Jeff Bezos, and the effect of environmentalism on the world’s poorest.
Health Care Policy
Katherine Restrepo, Health and Human Services Policy Analyst, continued her countdown to the opening of the Obamacare Marketplaces. In her newsletter, she wrote at greater length about those Marketplaces. She also wrote about Obamacare’s backdoor routes to expanding Medicaid.
Fiscal Policy
