Eight hundred years old this month, England’s great charter, or Magna Carta, played a critical role in the development of the traditions that paved the way for the American constitutional system.
The John Locke Foundation commemorated Magna Carta’s 800th anniversary with lectures and a panel discussion Thursday at the Campbell University law school. The clip below features highlights from the event.
