ACORN, Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, is in the business of vote fraud to accomplish liberal goals. They’ve been involved in massive voter fraud incidents in at least 12 states. Well, they’ve done it again. In the video below John Edwards sucks up to Arizona ACORN in a recent appearance (“You’re agenda is basically my agenda.”), pandering to them about minimum wage, ending the secret ballot in union votes and other nutroot priorities that fall under the wealth-redistribution heading. To warm applause, he pledges to raise the minimum wage to $9.50 an hour, indexed to go up every year without having to be approved by Congress. Can you spell D-I-S-A-S-T-E-R?
It’s not a coincidence that this has occurred following the headlong — and idiotic — rush to dismantling reasonable precautions and checks for voter registration, including here in North Carolina. ACORN and the left understand that easier voter registration just means easier fraud. When will politicians learn that?
