This story from the London Daily Mail should, but won’t be, the final nail in the global warming alarmist coffin. Phil Jones, the East Anglia University scientist at the center of the climategate scandal, is now admitting that there has been no warming since 1995 and that the Mid-evil warm period may have been warmer than that the last 100 years. He also acknowledges that he doesn’t have a clue about where the data sets are that were used to construct the famous hockey stick graph, which has served pretty much the same function for global warmists as the cross does for Christians, accept that Christians freely acknowledge that the cross is a religious symbol. Freedom of Information requests is that he may have actually lost the
relevant papers.
Professor Jones told the BBC yesterday there
was truth in the observations of colleagues that he lacked
organisational skills, that his office was swamped with piles of paper
and that his record keeping is ?not as good as it should be?.
The data is crucial to the famous ?hockey stick graph? used by climate change advocates to support the theory.

Jones also conceded the possibility that the world was warmer in
medieval times than now ? suggesting global warming may not be a
man-made phenomenon.
And he said that for the past 15 years there has been no ?statistically significant? warming.
PS–It should also be noted that the hockey stick graph was at the center of nearly all the presentations made to the NC Legislative Commission on Climate Change that supported the alarmist position. This is just another reason that the Commission should be completely disbanded or go back to the drawing board.
