In her closing comments last night, Greensboro Mayor Yvonne Johnson spoke out against the Jordan Rules, stating they could cost the city millions of dollars despite evidence that they won’t work. Johnson also called on fellow council members to let their views be known to local legislators.
I’m sure Rep. Pricey Harrison will listen, but she recently said “that despite the city’s objections, she is more sympathetic to the need for environmental cleanup.”
