Last year, some enterprising pranksters at NC State pulled several fast ones on TimeWarner Cable’s News 14 Carolina, and preserved them for antiquity. To understand some of the jokes, however, you must be familiar with the Internet slang known as 733t (e.g., “pwnt” means “owned,” in this sense “embarrassed”) ? and most of the jokes are the sort of vulgar fare one would expect from collegiate pranksters.
