News & Observer contemplates the effect President Trump’s temporary suspension of EPA grants and contracts will have on Research Triangle Park. One study that more than likely will not be affected, however, is the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences’ $25 million study on potential cancer risks caused by cellphone usage.
Just a simple thought from a guy who admits he’s not the sharpest knife in the drawer—I keep reading that the EPA hands out $4 billion—$4 billion—$4 BILLION— in grants and assistance annually. Does any reasonable person not believe that a review of that expenditure would not find waste or duplication of expenditures somewhere—–somewhere?
