Kay Hagan, noted constitutional authority (snort), quickly decides she has a pressing engagement when asked how she could justify the individual mandates in the Obamacare bill she enthusiastically supported:

Hagan talks about the necessity of providing “financial literacy” to students in a run-on sentence that defies diagramming, all while resolutely refusing to expose her illiteracy of Constitutional theory and practice. If the entire display wasn’t so depressing, I’d be laughing, too.
