Yesterday U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan, D-NC, voted to cut $460 billion in Medicare payments in an effort to make the outrageous cost of Obamacare more palatable. Her vote, so enthusiastically given on the measure, is a far cry from her position during her successful campaign last year.

On her senatorial campaign site, she blasted then-Sen. Elizabeth Dole, R-NC, for backing cuts of a much lesser amount (my emphasis):

Elizabeth Dole voted against funding for Medicare and/or Medicaid 11 times, to the tune of nearly $132 billion
