I occasionally enjoy watching “Question Time,” that utterly British convention of parliamenary debate.
Tonight has been no different, though I got a little heartburn when the opposition leader — a Tory! — demanded a “climate change” bill from the Blair government.
Maybe Roy needs to plant his boot in some British backsides.
