If you can follow all the fed money being tossed around for rail projects in this state, then you’re smarter than I am. Bottom line is Lexington wants to get back on the Amtrak line and raze Lexington Home Brands Plant No. 1 —which the city owns anyway —- for a brand-new rail depot, which “would be ‘a key component’ to the revitalization of the rest of the property.”
