Yes, it’s true. The good intentions of the lefties in Durham have
backfired on the very people the socialist acitivists were trying to
help. This was in this morning’s News & Observer:
The Durham school board voted to raise meal prices Thursday night. The
district’s livable wage policy and state-mandated efforts to reduce
high-fat meals and junk food have pushed up expenses for the child
nutrition program.
