To be specific, against the education of judges in ways that might make them less likely to believe leftist shibboleths about the economy, the environment, etc. The program under attack is one at George Mason University Law School where judges can spend time learning what some of the “law and economics” scholars have to say. A leftist interest group has concocted a junk “ethics” complaint in an effort to stop a flow of information it doesn’t like.
