Is the suspense killing you? Last week, Asheville City Council members deferred discussion and adoption of their Strategic Operating Plan. Now, they are scheduled to unveil it this evening before adopting it. It’s not like I enjoy reading these things, but it would be nice, in the interest of transparency, to post it online for public review.
Then again, it’s just a plan. It’s not a binding ordinance, just an excuse for passing crazy ordinances down the road.
