Families are wonderful, and children are beautiful as long as they haven’t been neglected to the point of turning into little monkeys. Seeing families that really care about each other can bring a tear to the eye, but hearing time and again how politicians are dropping out of office out of love for family or children makes me MEAN. It has been said that expressions of love delivered in church are lies, because families that really love each other show it and say it enough at home. Furthermore, headlines, we are taught in elementray journalism courses, are supposed to capture the bizarre. A classic example is “Dog bites man” is not a headline, but “Man bites dog,” is.
